We absolutely love welcoming you and your dogs into our shop — it’s what makes what we do so special 💕

Recently, we’ve experienced a number of incidents where items in store have been soiled or damaged and as a result, our staff have been met with some challenging interactions with customers. Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene standards, any items that have been soiled cannot be resold under any circumstances.

As a small independent business, this has a real impact on us and our wonderful staff.

We kindly ask that owners take responsibility if their dog has an accident. Any stock that is damaged or cannot be resold will need to be paid for. Once purchased, these items can of course be taken home.

We want to be able to continue welcoming dogs into the shop, and this policy helps us ensure the environment — and all products — remain clean, safe, and hygienic for everyone.

We truly appreciate the understanding and support from the vast majority of our wonderful customers who already respect this 🙏
